Actress and producer Trudie Styler is perhaps best known for her work with Guy Ritchie on Lock Stock and Two Smoking Barrels and Snatch, for which she was the Executive Producer. In the mid-nineties she established Xingu Films, a production company dedicated to backing small film projects.

As powerful, dark, moody and disturbing today as when it was made 50 years ago. A film that defies categorisation, and one that will hopefully inspire future artists to continue to take cinema in new and exciting directions.
Q2 What excites you about the future of the moving image?
Making films is a much more accessible art form now. The technological developments of recent years have brought filmmaking seriously within the realm of anyone and everyone, and this can only be a good thing in terms of allowing new talent to develop and emerge. The internet then provides the means to show your work to the whole world. It’s an unprecedented situation, and the possibilities are very exciting.
