Meetings at BFI venues

There are two dedicated meeting rooms available for hire at BFI Stephen Street both seating 10 boardroom style, the rooms can be combined into a single space seating 20 boardroom, with other seating arrangements available on request.

The Stephen Street Meeting Rooms come equipped with Wi-Fi as standard and 65” LCD screens for presentations with multiple connectivity options. The rooms can also be used in conjunction with the reception-lounge as a breakout space with outstanding catering options provided by Benugo’s Stephen St Kitchen.>/p>
