Viewing theatre hire
View a film from the BFI collections
Anybody can hire our viewing theatres to watch a BFI film release, or material from the extensive holdings of the BFI National Archive. Visit the BFI Distribution website to browse a list of popular titles.
View your own project
If you’re a filmmaker looking to screen your own work, our viewing theatres are an ideal choice. Whatever your project, we can screen it for you – from rushes and dailies, presentations and castings to effects shots, title sequences and finished film prints. We offer high definition digital cinema.
Hospitality
We have a small hospitality room available for use before or after your screening for informal gatherings.
Both theatres are fully accessible to wheelchair users. We welcome assistance dogs.
To arrange a viewing please contact Roger Young by calling 020 7957 8976 or emailing roger.young@bfi.org.uk at least one week before your desired screening date. Our standing opening times for screening hire are Monday-Friday, 09:00-21:30. Other times available on request.
