BFI Shorts 2012
Brighton-based digital culture agency Lighthouse is the management company for BFI Shorts 2012, the BFI's new one-year shorts scheme for UK film talent.
BFI Shorts 2012 forms part of the BFI's commitment to supporting emerging filmmaking talent and providing opportunities for writers, directors and producers with strong creative backgrounds to demonstrate their potential to transition into feature filmmaking.
Lighthouse is now accepting submissions for the scheme. Up to 20 projects with the potential to engage, inspire and entertain audiences will be made at budgets ranging from £25,000 to £50,000. The films are expected to be delivered by the end of 2012.
For further information and to make an application, please visit the Lighthouse website.
Please do not submit your application directly to the BFI as it will not be forwarded to Lighthouse and will not be considered.
