The BFI is leading a consultation on a strategy for promoting UK Screen Heritage. The strategy has been drafted by the UK Film Heritage Group which collectively believes the public is entitled to access, learn about and enjoy the UK's rich moving image heritage, wherever they live and wherever the materials are held.

This is an important strategy which could have a far-reaching effect on film and television archives in the UK. It was published on 13 June at a meeting of key stakeholders from across the archive sector.

How the consultation works

Step 1: Download and read the full strategy document (PDF, 465kb)

Step 2: Tell us what you think, by 7 September 2007:

Step 3: The results of the consultation will inform the shape of the final strategy.

Thank you.
