Minghella Movie Marathon
Anthony Minghella was the wonderful and much loved chair of the BFI for six years. To mark the first anniversary of his death, on the weekend of 13-15 March the Minghella Movie Marathon will held on the Isle of Wight - the place where Anthony grew up.
Movie celebrities including Jude Law and Alan Rickman, will be mingling with guests at the weekend. All money raised will benefit local children's charities. The Movie Marathon includes film screenings of all Anthony's films, plus documentaries and workshops, and is being organised by the Minghella family in association with Young Chamber and supported by the BFI.
