Jill McLaughlin

Jill McLaughlin, is the current experienced bfi Director of Resources and Planning.

She joined the bfi in March 2002 with responsibility for HR, IT, Estates, Planning and Cultural Diversity. Prior to joining the Institute Jill had worked in the private sector in both general management and senior HR positions. Jill's experience includes significant success in achieving change within unionised environments. Since joining the bfi, Jill has been involved in many areas, notably improving the public areas of the NFT and securing staff and union agreement for the restructuring of the Archive.
