Technical Operations Manager
Stephanie has worked for the BFI since 1987, conserving and preserving both film and video. She has extensive experience of many obsolete, heritage and current audiovisual formats.
Stephanie is currently responsible for a team of Video Conservation Specialists, who continue to unlock and digitise a range of legacy formats from within the collection, providing material for research purposes, screenings and clips for re-broadcast. Another of Stephanie’s responsibilities is to supervise the off-air recording of British television content, contributing to the operations of the National Television Archive.
