How long is my BFI Player Plus contract?
When you sign up to BFI Player Plus you are not committed to a long-term contract. The first 14 days are absolutely free. After the trial period ends, you will be charged £4.99 per 30-day period for full access to BFI Player Plus.
Why can’t I watch all the films on BFI Player Plus?
Some films are only available to rent due to licensing restrictions and availability. Films that have a price to watch (‘Rent now £4.50’) are only available to rent for 30 days and watch for 48 hours.
What films can I watch with my BFI Player Plus subscription?
As a subscriber you can watch any film on BFI Player, which is marked with the Plus symbol (+).
How/when can I cancel my BFI Player Plus subscription?
You can cancel any time by selecting the ‘Cancel subscription’ button in the Account section. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your billing period. No further payments will be taken once cancelled.
Can I watch BFI Player Plus from outside the UK?
BFI Player Plus is a UK only service. Playback is restricted to UK IPs.
