The first-ever film version of Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland, made over 100 years ago, dramatises key scenes in Lewis Carroll’s story and is based on Sir John Tenniel’s original illustrations.The only surviving print, held in the BFI National Archive, is severely damaged. The Archive has preserved it and restored its original colour tints.
