When Barry Kane (Cummings) is falsely accused of sabotaging an LA Aircraft Factory, he goes on the run to clear his name. He must hunt down the true saboteur, Frank Fry (Norman Lloyd), by chasing him across the USA to New York. With the help of Pat Martin (Lane), Kane manages to uncover an even greater plot, and must try to put a stop to it before the unthinkable happens.
