BFI Film Academy is our flagship training programme for young people aged 16-25 who are looking to break into the screen industries. It offers a hands-on, collaborative filmmaking experience, with a strong focus on developing technical skills.

Since launching in 2012, the programme has supported over 11,000 alumni from across the UK, with approximately 70% going on to secure employment in the screen sector.

This section of the website is currently under development. Watch this space for announcements about the new programme, coming this June.
