FAQs

How do I pay?

NMPFT are able to provide an invoice or you can send a cheque with your application; cheques should be made payable to NMPFT. Once we have received your application with an official order or cheque we will send joining information by return of post with an invoice or receipt.

Will I automatically get my first choices in each session?

Allocation to sessions is done on a first-come first-served basis and, although we do try to give everyone their first choices, those returning their forms late or opting for the most popular slots may not get all their most preferred choices, so please do remember to give your preferences (most desired 1, least desired 5) when filling in the application form.

Can we share a place?

Afraid not, it creates too many administration problems.

What does it cost?

One full place £160

One day only costs £90

What does my fee cover?

The fee covers tuition, refreshments (but not lunches), all the workshop papers, the Reception and a film screening.

Can I change my mind about which sessions I want to attend once at the Conference?

We'd rather you didn't! To make all the sessions as productive and comfortable as possible we limit numbers; if you session hop the sessions become unbalanced and some will be overcrowded, hot and stuffy.

Is there a final closing date?

No, but please send in your application as soon as possible.

Who to contact?

Conference administration and registration are being handled by the Learning Development staff at the Museum, so if you have any queries about your application or the venue, please contact Fozia Bano at the National Museum of Photography, Film & Television, Bradford on 01274 203336, or fozia.bano@nmsi.ac.uk
