Joel Karamath is a lecturer, specialising in Film and Popular Culture, at London University of the Arts. He also presents and programmes UNCUT, at the ICA, an independent film forum where new filmmakers can present and discuss their work. He contributes regularly to Eye magazine as well as working on a number of short films for several London museums and galleries.
These notes have been written to support study of the two films on DVD:
