The BFI Film Academy provides opportunities for talented and committed young people between the ages of 16-19 to develop new skills and build a career in the film industry, no matter where they live or what their background.

For seven days immerse yourself in all aspects of film programming, exhibition and distribution. Watch films, talk about films, learn to market films and meet fellow film enthusiasts from across the UK. In groups you will plan and pitch an idea for a film season, which you may get to screen at Showroom Cinema, Sheffield.
