Synopsis

An account of the efforts of three pressure groups to alter development plans in Central London to the benefit of local residents - in Tolmers Square, Euston; Covent Garden; and Notting Hill Gate The film came out of the exhibition of the same name, organised in 1973 by the Arts Council and was designed to stimulate discussion about the decision-making processes which affect city development.
