Synopsis

COMEDY. Max Miller as Wellington, a fairground entertainer (a human dynamo), teams up with an inventor and tries to raise money to develop a replacement for petrol. The wonder fuel is in fact water and coconut oil. The inventor turns out to be an escaped lunatic. Their millionaire beneficiary finds himself taking all the blame when things go wrong.
