Rosemary's Baby (1968)

Roman Polanski’s taut psychological thriller boasts an excellent performance by Mia Farrow.
Adapted from Ira Levin’s novel, Roman Polanski’s psychological thriller centres on a pregnant young woman (Mia Farrow), recently moved into a New York apartment, who comes to harbour sinister suspicions about her neighbours and her husband (John Cassavetes). The famous Dakota building – home to many movie stars over the years – makes a fitting venue for the protagonist’s diabolical anxieties.
