The story of the Navy's P.T. boats in Philippine waters. A tribute to the war "hero" John Bulkeley, whose squadron of torpedo boats covered the US retreat from the Pacific in the aftermath of the Pearl Harbour incident. Screenplay by Frank Wood. From the book by William L. White.
