An adaptation of the story of the same name by Lord Dunsany. An allegory of nature and time in which two mythical characters walk through a depressing urban landscape. Nature bemoans her diminishing countryside, Time ignores her. As dawn breaks, Time is forced to acknowledge her presence and retorts in a way that can only be taken as a grim prediction for the future.
