The pattern of life of the Eastern Caribbean and its recent advances in various fields, including industrialisation, improved agriculture, and advances in the fields of education and social sciences. About the eastern Chain of islands, interweaving the part played by communications in their lives and livelihood and in reporting news to the rest of the world. Stories from Barbados, Guyana, Trinidad & Tobago; sequences from Tortola & Antigua - ending with carnival.
