Synopsis

Documentary portrait of Seiji Ozawa, leading Japanese Classical music conductor. Follows him through his heavy schedule, to paint an intimate portrait of Ozawa as a talented conductor and a family man. Includes his work with pianist Rudolph Serkin, opera stars Jessye Norman and Edith Wiens, cellist Yo-Yo Ma, and fellow conductor, Herbert Von Karajan. Shot in Tanglewood (USA), Salzburg, Berlin and Tokyo.
