BAXTER (1988)

Film details

Baxter is a bull terrier who has been hardened by life in a dog pen. Freed by a well-meaning soul who gives him as a present to an elderly lady, we then see life through Baxter's eyes as he goes through a succession of different owners, finally ending up with a strange young boy who admires Hitler. Baxter seems to find happiness with this owner, his regimentation, discipline and sadism.
