Bleeder (1999)

Film details

Dark drama set in Copenhagen, showing `how the violence and turmoil of today's society destroy a young couple, slowing substituting bloodshed and death for love and affection'. Violence which infiltrates today's society seeps into the relationship of a young couple living in a run-down apartment in a Danish city. When the girl, Louise, finds she is pregnant, her live-in boyfriend, Leo, reacts viciously, predominantly due to his own self-hate and, in addition, his hatred of the world in which the couple exist.
