Synopsis

Chile in 1973. Two eleven-year-old children, timid Gonzalo from a well-to-do family, and Pedro who lives in a shanty town, meet at school, under an initiative by an idealist Catholic priest. His aim is to integrate children from deprived areas into his privileged school, teaching respect and tolerance at a time when the social and political climate in the rest of the country is deteriorating.
