In terms of the whole spectrum of film, the amount of films I’ve watched so far is nothing, but picking out the ten greatest from them is a torment. My method is to ransack my poor memory without referring to any existing list – I didn’t even check the index of my own DVD collection on computer. Obviously it’s personal perception, but all these films I’ve watched more than once, and in my rest of my life I’m very sure I’m sure I will watch them again and again. Needless to say, these are brilliant films that most helped me or influenced my worldview. That’s the ultimate reason people need films, I think.
