Unpublished scripts

Over 19,000 unpublished scripts are held in all.

Most are film scripts but we do also hold television scripts. Most are British or American. They include production and post-production scripts.

They are stored outside London and must be ordered in advance, from the Special Collections Unit.

The rights holder's permission must be obtained in writing if photocopies are required.

Published scripts are held in our Book collection.
