Declaration Form for Educational Research services

For BFI Information Services to carry out research that involves the copying of journal articles or parts of published works on your behalf at our Educational Research rates, you are first required to complete a declaration form regarding your use of the material for each item to be supplied.

Please note that your completed form(s) must be signed and returned by post or fax to the following address before we are able to supply materials. Forms cannot be returned by email.

If you have not already contacted us with your research request, please forward your request in writing along with your declaration form(s) to the above address or submit your request to us via our contact form. Please note that payment for research must be made in advance.
