Covering some of the main US television programmes shown in the UK, we have attempted to lead enquirers towards some background items about American television, and then some consideration of the genre, audiences and fans, before moving onwards and upwards to cover specific series. Main titles looked at are: The various Star Trek series, Babylon 5, Battlestar Galactica, Farscape, Stargate SG1, the Irwin Allen quartet of Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea, Lost in Space, Land of the Giants, Time Tunnel; Outer Limits, Quantum Leap, and of course, The Twilight Zone.
