16+ source guides: War Films

As Hollywood dominates English-language cinema it is no surprise that most of the materials in this guide are about US productions, though some UK titles are present. The listing reflects the emphasis on World War 2 and the Vietnam War, including the MIA (Missing-in-Action) fad. Some other conflicts are covered: World War 1, the Korean War and the Gulf War, but other more recent conflicts are omitted. A few non-English films have been included but we have only cited references that are in English.
