Talks with established film and television professionals who are leading the way in LGBTQ+ representation on screen.
Workshops and Labs focusing on creating LGBTQ+ media with specific sessions around challenges in development, funding and exhibition.
Press and Industry Screenings every weekday of highlights from the Festival programme, with delegates also having access public evening and weekend screenings (subject to availability).
Networking opportunities throughout the Festival with a range of receptions with film and television professionals included in the Delegate Package.
We offer two levels of accreditation for film industry professionals wishing to attend the Festival, alongside our Future Film Accreditation for young people aged 18-25 who are taking their first steps in the world of LGBTQ+ filmmaking:
Accreditation for professionals currently working in the film industry, wishing to access our Viewing Library (both during the Festival and online until April 16*), Delegate Centre facilities, Industry Events and networking, Press and Industry Screenings, Monday-Friday pre-17:00 public screenings and Monday-Friday evening and weekend screening tickets.

Future Film Accreditation
The Future Film Accreditation is open to young people aged 18-25, who are passionate about queer filmmaking, are exploring careers in the industry and want to make the most of BFI Flare. Accreditation includes:
- Access to Press & Industry screenings throughout the Festival, subject to availability
- Online access to the Festival Digital Viewing Library (UK devices only) 21 March – 16 April
- Access to Industry events, including masterclasses and workshops, subject to availability
- Access to selected Industry Networking events
- Exclusive Future Film events throughout the Festival

There are many benefits to registering for Industry Accreditation, including access to our Delegate Centre; access to our Viewing Library; a great programme of Press and Industry Screenings and Industry Events throughout the day, exploring a wide range of topics and current debates; networking opportunities; and access to weekday public screenings pre-17:00 (subject to availability), and evening and weekend screening tickets (excluding galas, opening and closing nights, subject to availability).

The deadline for applications is 17:00, Friday 9 March 2018. We cannot guarantee the processing of any application submitted after this date. Any requests for accreditation after this date will be subject to a late registration fee.

If you have attended BFI Flare in recent years, you may have received an invitation to register for accreditation and a copy of your Unique Registration Number from our Industry team. Please enter this number where requested on our online application form. Please note that URNs are unique to each delegate and non-transferable.
