BFI Gallery Launch: Radio Mania: Iain Forsyth and Jane Pollard
Iain Forsyth and Jane Pollard have been an artistic duo since their years at Goldsmiths College, and have experimented widely with re-enactments of cultural works. Radio Mania: An Abandoned Work is in its essence a 3D video installation, a staged rehearsal of the film Radio-Mania (1922) drawn from the BFI National Archive. The artists speak to us about their stereoscopic work and their ambition of reconciling live events with cinema.
