Living on a farm with her grandmother, 11-year-old Sally never dreams that the things she reads about in her fairytales might actually exist. That’s until she finds an ancient glass bottle with something inside. This brand new film, by acclaimed writer Jeanette Winterson, is previewed at BFI Southbank before members of the cast and creative team take to the stage. Whilst director Brian Kelly and cast member Amit Shah discuss the sumptuous special effects, Jeanette Winterson comments on the advantages of script writing and Rebecca Hodgson reveals the difficulties faced transforming the imaginative script into reality. This event formed part of BFI Southbank's Film Funday strand, and was hosted by Justin Johnson.
