Toy Story 3 in 3D + Q&A

Following a special preview screening of Toy Story 3 in 3D, director Lee Unkrich and producer Darla K. Anderson share with the audience some of the challenges the Pixar team faced in the genesis of this next installment in the beloved series. The studio raised the bar high not only in terms of storytelling but in the scale of the production, requiring the animation of more than 120 characters of which 50 had speaking parts, with the voices of Michael Keaton, Whoopi Goldberg and others. Unkrich admits that extraordinary efforts were invested in giving a genuine physicality to the toys' interaction with the environment, as well as in elevating the standards for the human characters as they had a significant role to play in this sequel.
