Brightwide Presents: No Woman No Cry + Q and A

The 54th BFI Film Festival featured the second annual Brightwide event celebrating social and political cinema, in this case presenting Christy Turlington Burns' compelling documentary on global maternal health and mortality No Woman No Cry. Following the screening Livia Firth, co-director of Brightwide, chaired a Q and A with Professor Anthony Costello of the Institute for Global Health at UCL, Brigid McConville of The White Ribbon Alliance, Mabel van Oranje, CEO of The Elders, and Turlington Burns herself.
