Simon McCallum on A Christmas Carol
The most recent addition to the Mediatheque’s popular book group strand is introduced by curator Simon McCallum. Focusing exclusively on past adaptations of Dickens’ A Christmas Carol, this series contains a selection of diverse adaptations ranging from the 1901 silent short Scrooge, or Marley’s Ghost to a bizarre Marcel Marceau re-enactment played out entirely in mime.
