John Landis In Conversation

In typically lively and frank fashion, the director of such classics Blues Brothers and American Werewolf In London joins Mark Salisbury for a look back at his filmmaking career, revealing the staggering variety of jobs on his early cinematic CV before finally getting his big break with comedy great Animal House. As well as discussing the resistance he faced in getting the rhythm-and-blues tribute Blues Brothers exhibited in a 'very white' America, the directing legend shares anecdotes of his lunches with Alfred Hitchcock, and his excitement for his upcoming project Burke and Hare, the story of the infamous 19th Century grave robbers.
