Second Coming or Looming Apocalypse?
Throughout May and June 2010, BFI Southbank hosted an extensive season of contemporary television dramas. The season came to a close with a sold out panel discussion with eight of television's most prominent writers, producers and critics. Here we take a glimpse at their discussion as they explain their opinion of the current state of television and answer the question: Second Coming or Looming Apocalypse? Hosted by Mark Lawson, these panellists included Tony Marchant, Donna Franceschild, Jimmy McGovern, Nicola Shindler, Ben Stephenson, David Butcher, and Gub Neal.
