On Day 3 of the Festival we attended the inaugural filmmakers tea, where we spoke to Paper Hearts director Nicholas Jasenovec and star Charlyne Yi. The BFI Southbank saw the Gaspar Noé Master class presented in association with the NFTS and The Script Factory, and an onstage Q&A following the world premiere of Julien Temple's newest rock documentary, Oil City Confidental. Prime Minister Gordon Brown also paid BFI Southbank a visit to announce the commitment to a new National Film Centre. At the Vue we caught up with Tom Ford, director of A Single Man, and star Colin Firth, as well as the director of Dogtooth Yorgos Lanthimos. Finally at the Film on the Square Gala of The Road we spoke to it's director, John Hillcoat, and star Viggo Mortensen.
