TV Preview: Britain in a Day

Director Morgan Matthews, producer Liza Marshall and BBC Commissioning Editor Charlotte Moore discuss Britain in a Day, a self portrait of the United Kingdom filmed and submitted by members of the public on a single day. They look into the practicalities of editing a film out of more than 800 hours of footage, the themes that emerged from the very personal nature of the filming and the window it opens into the social landscape of the country.
