Calling all go-go boys, punk bitches and drag queens! Curzon Midnight Movies, the monthly cult film night at Curzon Soho, invites you to our tribute to the high temple of NYC clubland that was Squeezebox. Coinciding with the festival's screening of Steven Saporito and Zach Shaffer's new documentary about the legendary pansexual rock'n'roll club, we present a special preview of the film followed by cult classic Hedwig and the Angry Inch. Director John Cameron Mitchell's transsexual 'internationally ignored' rockstar, Hedwig, began at the club, before leaping onto the stage and silver screen. Join us for performances and DJs in the Curzon Soho bar from 21:30, with free punch, before we get down and dirty in the cinema from 23:30 with this exclusive double bill. So don your leathers, your highest heels and wig out in what is guaranteed to be a very special night.
