Greek Pete Review

The eponymous Pete - or to use his Gaydar moniker, londonboypete - is 24, 5 foot 11 and always horny, with nearly 9 inches thick and uncut. New to the capital, he's intending to live off his Hellenic good looks - and this docudrama, based on his first few months as an escort, sets out to reveal the boy behind the username.
  
Cocky and confident, Pete regards the business as an easy path to prosperity, and even dreams of a win at the International Escort Awards in Los Angeles. But gradually, the harsher realities of his existence become apparent. He finds it difficult to balance his burgeoning relationship with younger escort londonboykai with the demands of maintaining his plush Covent Garden pad - it takes five tricks to pay the rent. And poignantly, footage of an infant Pete on Christmas morning is juxtaposed with a Yuletide spent among fellow rentboys, where there's turkey with all the trimmings followed by drugs for dessert. However, the film refuses to judge, and even allows Pete a happy ending of sorts, with a triumphant trip to LA. But on his return, we can't help but wonder what kind of victory he's been handed.
