About us

We aim to show 26 feature films a year comprising members' suggestions shortlisted by a selection panel and voted on by all in the village. Before each film we show one or two short films that introduce possibly new and interesting subjects, examples are documentaries, locally produced or locally relevant, foreign, and Independent arthouse. There is a discussion group for those who wish to stay after the film where a glass of a favourite beverage can be enjoyed whilst critiquing aspects of the movie.  Free transport for local infirm patrons is offered.
