Gift vouchers can be redeemed against 12 months of BFI Membership when activated before the expiry date. Please quote your unique voucher number and the expiry date when you activate.
Gift vouchers can also be used to renew but the new Membership will start as soon as the voucher is activated and must be activated before the voucher expiry date.
Gift vouchers that are lost or stolen can only be replaced if the original purchase can be traced. Gift vouchers can only be refunded if returned unactivated by the purchaser before the expiry date.
