There's a parents' room in the main foyer space of BFI IMAX. All public areas are accessible by lift for those using pushchairs and prams. Baby changing facilities are also available.
The cinema is fully disabled-accessible, with eight wheelchair spaces and an induction loop for hard-of-hearing people.

Children includes children between the ages of 4 and 14.
