Prices and information about standby tickets.
Unless otherwise stated, BFI Southbank ticket prices are:
Evening show (except Tues) and all shows on Saturday/ Sunday
Members: £8.50 (Member concessions: £5.25)
Adult: £10.00
Non-Member concessions: £6.75
Under 16s: £6.50
Tuesday - all shows
Members: £5.00
Concessions: £5.00
Non-Members: £5.00
Non-Member concessions: £5.00
Under 16s: £5.00
Weekday matinees
Members: £5.00
Concessions: £5.00

Concessions
Concessions are available to: senior citizens, students, unwaged and disabled visitors. Proof of eligibility may be requested.
Standby tickets
Subject to availability, there may be standby tickets available for sale half an hour before each performance. These are only available for customers in person at the BFI Southbank Box Office. Please call the Box Office on 020 7928 3232 with regard to ticket collection for London Film Festival.
Ticket Exchange and Refunds
Once booked, tickets cannot be returned or exchanged unless you are a Member of the BFI. Though no refunds can be made, we do offer to credit the accounts of BFI Members for tickets returned no later than 30 minutes before the performance starts (this facility is not valid for London Film Festival). This credit may be used as payment or part payment for any performance at BFI Southbank, subject to availability. Credit can only be obtained by returning your unused tickets by post or by presenting them at the BFI Southbank Box Office no later than 30 minutes before the start of the performance. This credit cannot currently be used when booking online.
