Otterly Marvellous

Here's a celebration of our feisty, furry, fish-guzzling friend the otter, voted No.2 Green Icon in Britain (narrowly beaten to first place by the humble hedgehog).

Marvel at early silent footage in An Otter Study (1912), follow the Shadow in the Stream (1939), and go all gooey watching mother-and-daughter bonding in West Coast Otters (2006). And no otter-themed collection would be complete without the classic feature film Tarka the Otter (1978) – just waiting to be discovered by a new generation of kids.
