The Colonel and his assistant Bunstuffer invent a model plane which has a unique flying eye that takes pictures which can then be shown on a television screen on the ground. The pair, along with the Colonel’s niece Angela, use the model plane to frustrate the attempts of foreign spies to steal a formula for a new light-weight fuel invented by Professor Murdoch.
