Honky Tonk Freeway (1981)

Film details

Comedy, action. A huge new freeway has just been built in Florida and the little town of Ticlaw has been promised its own exit. Somewhere along the way Ticlaw is forgotten and the nearest exit turns out to be 37 miles away. Pleas, bargains and even bribes are of no avail. Now, at the height of the tourist season, Ticlaw lies empty, save its own citizens. Something has got to be done, figures Mayor Kirby T. Calo. Even if it is something drastic.
