Synopsis

Designed to clarify certain sections of the 'Labelling of Food Regulations' - these relate to the information that must appear on the labels of pre-packed food, and the new controls on claims made about such things as health and energy - giving properties and slimming. Explains in simple terms certain sections of the Labelling of Food Regulations 1970, which came into force on 1st January 1973. An animated cartoon using characters from the Lewis Carroll story intended for housewives, consumer groups and older school children.
